Accommodation

Accommodation bookings are subject to the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking. If you booked through a third-party platform (such as Airbnb or Booking.com), the cancellation policy shown on that platform applies.

For direct bookings, the cancellation terms stated in your booking confirmation apply.

Private Breathwork & Coaching Sessions

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.

Memberships

Membership fees are generally non-refundable.

You may cancel your membership renewal at any time before the next billing cycle. Your access will continue until the end of your current membership period.

Group Classes

Bookings for live classes are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Northern Breath.

If Northern Breath cancels a class, participants will receive either:

• a replacement class,

• a credit towards a future class, or

• a full refund.

Retreats & Special Events

Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation terms specific to each retreat or event will be provided at the time of booking.

If Northern Breath cancels a retreat, participants will receive a full refund of any amounts paid to Northern Breath.
