By booking accommodation, classes, coaching sessions, memberships, retreats, or other services through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed once payment (or any required deposit) has been received and you receive a confirmation email.

Please ensure that all information provided during booking is accurate.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable taxes or fees will be shown before payment.

3. Accommodation – The Arctic Villa

Check-in and check-out times are provided in your booking confirmation.

Guests are responsible for treating the property with care and respecting neighbours and local regulations.

The Arctic Villa reserves the right to charge for damages caused beyond normal wear and tear.

4. Breathwork, Coaching & Wellness Services

Northern Breath provides breathwork, coaching, retreats, and wellness experiences designed to support personal wellbeing.

These services are educational and wellness-based and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical or psychological care.

Participation is voluntary.

Clients are responsible for informing us of any relevant medical conditions before participating.

If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, severe asthma, or any medical or psychological condition that could affect participation, please consult your healthcare provider before attending and inform us prior to your session.

5. Memberships

Memberships provide access to the services described at the time of purchase.

Membership benefits may include live classes, recordings, educational content, and member resources.

Memberships are personal and may not be shared.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Private Sessions

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.

Group Classes

Bookings for live classes are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If a class is cancelled by Northern Breath, participants will receive a replacement class, credit, or refund.

Retreats & Events

Cancellation terms for retreats or special events will be stated separately at the time of booking and may vary depending on the event.

Accommodation

Accommodation bookings are subject to the cancellation policy confirmed at the time of booking through the booking platform or direct reservation.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the cancellation terms applicable to your booking.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned using the original payment method.

Digital products, downloadable content, and completed coaching or wellness sessions are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, written content, videos, and resources remain the intellectual property of Northern Breath unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or shared without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Arctic Villa and Northern Breath shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law.

Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and courts of Norway.
