Lene McNair, the founder and director of the Arctic Villa, is a trained actress from the Stella Adler Academy in Hollywood. After 20 years in Los Angeles, working as an actress on stage, in television and films, Lene returned home to Norway, to create a new life in Tromsø with her family. Finding their dream home, the family moved into the charming Swiss Chalet style villa midsummer night of 2019, and started renovations. In October they welcomed their first guests. In January 2020 Lene established the Arctic Villa AS. 

Side-by-side, managing the daily operations of the Arctic Villa, Lene is building a reputation for creating transformative Breathwork sessions, offering her expert guidance, and to tap into the extraordinary power of your breath, elevating your well-being. A certified Breathwork teacher, Lene is blending cutting-edge science with ancient wisdom, redefining the transformative power of Breathwork. With clients includes Google and beauty icon Elizabeth Arden, Lene has been invited to festivals, museums, shopping malls, and art exhibits, bringing change to thousands of lives. Lene has an Online memberclub, she offers Private sessions, Group classes, and corporate Breathwork. Her sessions last 30-60-90 minutes, and can be conducted In Person or Online via Zoom.
