MASTER YOUR BREATH
A Free Live Workshop with Lene McNair
Wednesday, July 8 | 7:00 PM CET | Live on Zoom
Perhaps you've tried to slow down.
Perhaps you've tried to rest more.
Perhaps you've done your best to take care of yourself.
Yet something still feels a little off.
You're tired.
Stressed.
Overwhelmed.
Or simply not quite like yourself.
What if the way you breathe is influencing the way you feel more than you realize?
How you breathe affects your energy, stress levels, sleep, focus, and the way you move through life.
Yet most of us have never been taught how to use the breath as a tool.
Join breathwork coach Lene McNair for a live interactive workshop where you'll discover how your breathing patterns may be influencing the way you feel—and learn simple practices you can begin using immediately.
Together we'll explore the connection between the breath and the nervous system, experience a guided breath practice, and discover how changing the way you breathe can help create more calm, clarity, presence, and ease in everyday life.
No previous experience is necessary.
This is more than a webinar.
It's an experience.
Duration: 60 minutes
About Lene McNair
Lene McNair is the founder of Northern Breath and The Arctic Villa, and a breathwork coach based in Tromsø, Norway.
Since 2018, she has guided individuals, groups, and organizations through breathwork, nervous system regulation, and transformational experiences designed to create more calm, clarity, and direction in life.
After nearly 20 years in Los Angeles, Lene returned to her native Norway, where she now works with clients both in person and online.
Through Northern Breath, she combines breathwork, self-awareness, and practical tools to help people better understand, regulate, and shift their state—because lasting change doesn't begin by doing more, but by changing the state you live from.
Discover how your breath influences the way you feel, think, and respond to life—and learn simple tools to create more calm, clarity, and ease.Practical Information
