About Lene
I am the founder and director of The Arctic Villa, and since 2018 I have practiced as a certified Breathwork Coach trained in Los Angeles. With more than a decade of experience in breathwork, guidance, and nervous system regulation, my work is rooted in helping people cultivate balance, strength, and inner clarity — no matter what they are moving through.
I specialize in Conscious Connected Breathwork, a powerful technique where the inhale and exhale flow seamlessly without pause. This continuous rhythm guides the body into a natural flow state, allowing stored stress, tension, and emotion to release. In this space, healing becomes possible — the mind softens, the heart opens, and the nervous system begins to reset.
Before stepping fully into wellness, I spent 20 years in Los Angeles as an actress and worked extensively across health, wellness, beauty, and corporate environments. I’ve supported private clients, patients, and companies including Google and beauty icon Elizabeth Arden, and have brought breathwork to festivals, museums, shopping malls, corporate trainings, and art installations — guiding thousands in finding grounding, emotional freedom, and renewed direction.
After relocating to Tromsø, I continue this mission both locally and globally. My online community, born during the pandemic, has grown into a trusted space for daily grounding — a place to breathe, reset, and build resilience from anywhere in the world.
