WHY BREATHWORK
Breathwork is a umbrella term for any practice that involves a conscious change in your breathing pattern. The long-term benefits are improvement of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health and well-being. A class is 90 minutes with active breathing, gong, and a guided heart opening meditation. Class is facilitated by Lene McNair, who through music and lyrics will take you on an undeniable experience. The technique is a Conscious Connected Breathing or Circular Breath, which is performed through an open mouth, and is two inhales and one exhales. The idea is to achieve a continuous inhale and exhale pattern with no pause in between. This type of breathing floods our body with oxygen and renews our cells.
