From the comfort of your home, follow Lene through a guided breathwork journey using Conscious Connected Breathing to access your intuition and release stored tension. This 60-minute session is designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you and create space for new, positive energy.
Classes are offered twice monthly on Wednesdays at 20:00 (CET), streamed live on Zoom, and include full access to the class replay for 48 hours after class.
How to Prepare for Class
• Download Zoom to your device ahead of time if you haven’t already.
• Choose a room with a strong internet connection.
• Create a quiet, distraction-free space where you won’t be interrupted.
• Set up a comfortable place to lie down — a yoga mat, bed, sofa, or soft surface.
• Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before class so your body can drop in more deeply.
• For the best sound, use headphones if you're alone, or a speaker if practicing with others.
• An eye mask can help you relax even more (optional).
Come as you are, and let your breath lead the way.
WHY BREATHWORK
Breathwork is an umbrella term for practices where we intentionally change the breathing pattern to influence the mind, body, and emotional state. Over time, this work supports mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
In Lene McNair’s sessions, you will be guided through Conscious Connected Breathwork — an open-mouth breathing technique using two inhales and one exhale, creating a continuous rhythmic flow with no pause between breaths. This pattern increases oxygen levels, awakens the nervous system, and helps the body release stored tension, emotions, and stress.
A typical class lasts 90 minutes and includes active breathing, sound healing, and a grounding heart-opening meditation. Through curated music and guidance, Lene creates a safe and powerful environment for deep inner work.
